Can I receive a paperless bill?

Yes!

New User:

  • Select the View and Pay Bill Online link at the PWD Home Page.
  • Select the Account Set-up button. You will need your PWD account number and the associated billing address.
  • During the set-up process you will be asked if you want to Go Paperless; you must select Yes or No.

Already Set-up:

  • Enter your username and password and select the Sign in button.
  • Select the Manage Account Tab at the top of the screen, then select the Update User Detail Tab.
  • Click on Update Go Paperless.
  • In the Action Column, click Enable. The Enable status means you are now set up for paperless bills.

An automatic, monthly email will notify you when the bill and insert are available to be viewed on our website. Thank you for considering this environmentally friendly, paperless option that also helps to maintain low rates.
