New Bill Pay Service
The Portland Water District is excited to announce we will soon launch our enhanced online account management and bill pay service, which brings an improved user experience and more payment options. You’ll still enjoy such features as automatic payments, paperless billing, scheduled payments, usage and payment history, and usage charts.
You do not need to do anything at this time, but please stay tuned to your mail, email, and this web site for further information.
Please Note: If you need to make changes to your CURRENT online account profile, please do so before October 1. Payments will continue to be processed, but other changes made after October 1st may not appear in the new system.
In addition, past bills will not be available online once the new system is launched. If you need access to past invoices, please print them before the new portal is launched.
