How long will my payment history be maintained and can I print a copy of my bill?

24 months of payment history is stored.  Bills are stored in PDF and HTML format so you can print them out if needed.

Can I tell if my payment has been posted?

Yes, simply login to your account and select “View paid or closed invoices.”

How do I change my account information?

Simply log into your account and change any of your personal information under the Account link in the main menu bar. If you are unable to change some of your information, you may need to contact us at customerservice@pwd.org.

Can I view past bills?

Yes, MyOnlineBill will be available until 12/31/21, so you can log in at the address below to view and print your previous bills.

Can I pay my bill on-line at PWD's website?

Yes you can! Select the Pay My Bill link on the PWD Home Page to either set-up your account (if you are a first time user), or sign in if you are already set-up. Online payments are withdrawn from your checking/savings account or credit/debit card. If you choose checking or savings account, you will be prompted to enter your bank account and routing #.

What is AutoPay?

AutoPay is a convenient option in which bills will be paid automatically each billing cycle on their due dates using your default credit card or bank account. This will avoid any late fees and free you from having to remember when to pay. Login to your account and click on AutoPay to enroll.
