Deering Street in Portland Closed, between High and Avon Streets

Deering Street is closed to through traffic, between High and Avon Streets, while Portland Water District crews make repairs to the water main. Also on-street parking will not be available between Deering Place and Henry Street.

Repair work is expected to last until 9:00 p.m. Currently the water service in this area has not been interrupted; however, there may be a service interruption later this afternoon involving 6-8 customers.
