Emanuel (Manny) Archibald of Gray named Director of Human Resources at Portland Water District

Manny Archibald has been appointed Director of Human Resources for the Portland Water District (PWD). Prior to joining PWD, he served as Vice President of Administration at Bull Moose. In this role, he oversaw key areas including Human Resources, Information Technology, Safety, Loss Prevention, and Facilities for over 180 employees across Maine and New Hampshire.

Manny began his career in progressive HR and administrative roles, quickly rising through the ranks to manage the human resources function at Goodwill Industries of Northern New England and later at Prebble Street. He is an accomplished human resources leader who has successfully developed and implemented strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
