Water main work impacts traffic on Spring Street in Westbrook.

The Portland Water District will be installing a new water main on Spring Street in Westbrook beginning Monday, March 18. The project is expected to be complete by March 28. Traffic through the construction area, indicated on the map, will be down to one, single lane. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.
