
The course which began in January was originally intended to unfold over a period of 6-months. It was planned to occur via twelve in-person bi-weekly classes held at Portland Water District facilities. However, COVID-19 caused in-person classes to be cancelled in March. After completing five traditional classes, students shifted to computer-based training.
