What is required to register for PWD's MyOnlineBill service?
You will need your PWD bill. Enter your PWD account number; select your billing address; and create a user name, password, security question/answer, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a “confirmation link” that you must select to complete your new account set-up. Once set-up, only you can access your account.
Can I pay more or less than I owe using the on-line payment option at PWD's website?
You can pay any amount if you are using the Pay Now or Schedule Pay options to make an occasional or one time payment. If you signed up for the Auto-Pay program, the full amount of your bill will be automatically deducted from your credit card or bank account.
You will receive an email confirming your payment. You will also see the payment deducted from your banking or credit card account statement. Although your payment has been confirmed immediately by email, it can take up to 2 business days to post and be credited to your PWD account.
I have multiple accounts setup under one registration through PWD’s MyOnlineBill service. Do I have to pay each account individually?
Yes, even though there is only one username and password for all the accounts, you have to pay each account individually. Click on the Pay Now Tab and decide if you want to pay the bill today (Pay Now) or schedule a payment for a later date (Schedule Pay).
An alternative to making individual monthly payments would be to setup each account for Auto-pay. After the initial setup, payments would automatically be deducted 18 calendar days after the PWD bill date.
