Donna Katsiaficas
Corporate Counsel
Donna Katsiaficas was appointed to corporate counsel of the District in September of 2006. She has over 20 years of law experience with 17 years as associate corporation counsel with the City of Portland, where she concentrated her practice in the areas of real estate, contracts, and economic and community development. She received her law degree from the University of Maine School of Law and has an undergraduate degree in political science from Bates College.
She is a member of the Maine Bar Association and its Government and Public Sector Law Section and its Municipal Law Section.
