The public hearing on bond issuance and monthly business meeting of the Portland Water District Board of Trustees scheduled for February 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM is postponed, and will instead be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2026 in the Nixon Room, 225 Douglass Street, Portland, ME.
