Boil Water Order LIFTED for Presidential Ridge and Overlook Drive Westbrook, Maine, 2/5/26Customers can now use their tap water for all purposes. The boil water order is lifted as of 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2026. All water tests indicate the water is safe to drink without boiling. February 4, 2026 9:56 a.m. Due to a water main break, the Portland Water District has issued a precautionary Boil Water Order for Presidential Ridge and Overlook Drive in Westbrook, Maine. The boil order is in effect immediately. As a precaution, consumers are directed to boil water for 1 minute at a rolling boil before
