    The Nomination Petition pages can be pulled for the open seat representing the Town of Cumberland and Town of Falmouth. They are due back to the City Clerk’s office no later than 6 pm on April 9th.     The public hearing on bond issuance and monthly business meeting of the Portland Water District Board of Trustees scheduled for February 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM is postponed, and will instead be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2026 in the Nixon Room, 225 Douglass Street, Portland, ME.
