Executive Director of Asset Management and Planning

Greg Pellerin serves as the Portland Water District’s Executive Director of Asset Management and Planning. He joined PWD in 2016 as a Project Engineer and has advanced through several leadership roles, including Senior Project Engineer and Engineering Services Manager. Prior to joining PWD, Greg spent five years with a local engineering consulting firm.

Throughout his career, Greg has been instrumental in delivering complex capital projects and advancing long-term infrastructure solutions. He played a key role in the development of the new wastewater system in North Windham and has been deeply involved in strengthening and mentoring PWD’s engineering team.

Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine is a licensed State of Maine P.E., and maintains Grade IV Water Treatment and Level B3 Wastewater Treatment Operator licenses.
