Certain businesses in the communities of Westbrook, Gorham and Windham are required to comply with a series of Clean Water Act requirements because of the nature of the industrial wastewater they discharge to the sewer. All 16 of these industries are helping us protect the Presumpscot River. The five businesses listed above received special mention because they met every requirement in the past year.
