Special Meeting of Board of Trustees to receive input on proposed rate increase.

On March 9, there will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Portland Water District and a public hearing pursuant to Title 35-A M.R.S. Section 6104 to receive public input on the proposed average 3.8% increase in water rates effective May 1, 2015. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Nixon Training Center at the general offices of the District, 225 Douglass Street, Portland, Maine.
