Guy Cote, Westbrook, Elected President, Louise Douglas, Windham, Elected Vice President

At the Portland Water District Board of Trustees’ annual March meeting, Guy Cote was elected President and Louise Douglas was elected Vice President.  David Kane was reelected as treasurer, and Donna Katsiaficas was reelected as clerk. 

Cote has been a member of the Board since 2009 and has previously served as President and Vice President.  Cote is currently retired.  He is the past president at Sevee & Maher Engineers, where he worked for over 30 years.  He represents Westbrook on the Board. 

Douglas has been a member of the Board since 2007 and has served on several committees.  She currently works at WEX in the Receivables & Recovery Management Department. She represents Raymond and Windham.

The Portland Water District is governed by a Board of 11 trustees who are elected to represent the 10 member communities.
