Bourque of Sanford Graduates Management Candidate School

Portland Water District’s Distribution Supervisor Ryan Bourque recently completed Maine Joint Environmental Training Coordinating Committee’s (JETCC) Management Candidate School.  The year long program was designed to prepare water pollution control professionals for career advancement in utility management. The program is coordinated by JETCC, with support from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection, Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Maine Water Environment Association, and Maine Water Utilities Association.
