PWD Earns Distinguished Budget Award |

| Recently, the Portland Water District was presented with the Government Finance Officers Association's (GFOA) Distinguished Budget Presentation Award. The award recognizes the Portland Water District's (PWD) commitment to the highest principles of governmental budgeting. PWD's budget met nationally recognized guidelines that establish the document as an effective policy document, financial plan, operations guide, and communication device. |
