Kane of Scarborough Elected NEWWA Treasurer |

| New England Water Works Association recently announced David Kane as its newly elected treasurer. Kane is director of administration and treasurer of the Portland Water District. Most recently he served a three-year term as assistant treasurer of the Association. |
