Water Main Work Detours Gillman Street, Portland |

| PWD crews will be repairing water mains and valves at two intersections off Congress Street on Wednesday, September 23, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Traffic at the intersection of Gillman and Congress will be detoured to A Street. Traffic at the intersection of Valley and Congress will be slowed. Commuters are urged to avoid the area. |
