Project involves the renewal of 1960' of existing 6" cast iron water main with new 8" ductile iron, as well as the renewal of 345' of 8" cast iron water main with new 12" ductile iron.  The location of this project is on Read Street from Ocean Avenue to Canco Road, as shown on the attached map.  This project will be undertaken due to the age and type of main as well as the high amount of leaks on this segment of cast iron pipe.
