When you become a customer of the Portland Water District, you agree to
certain responsibilities, like paying your bill and taking care of your water
meter. You also have several rights as a Portland Water District customer
including proper disconnection notice if you do not pay a bill and the right to
file a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission.
