OPEN/CLOSE ACCOUNT

• Open an account
  Turn service on
  Complete this form if you are not currently a Portland Water District customer and would like to open an account.
  
  
• Close an account
  Turn service off
  Complete this form if you are currently a Portland Water District customer and are moving to a new location outside the Portland Water District service area.
  
  
• Open one account and close another
  Turn one service on and one service off
  Complete this form if you are closing one Portland Water District account and opening another Portland Water District account.
  
  

If you are turning on the water or opening an account on a house that is under construction, your house must have a service line and a meter before we can open the account and turn on the water. Contact customer service for more information.
