Can I pay my bill on-line at PWD's website? Yes you can! Select the MyOnlineBill link on the PWD Home Page to
either set-up your account ( if you are a first time user), or sign in if you
are already set-up. Online payments are withdrawn from your checking or savings
account; credit and debit cards are not accepted at this time. You will be
prompted to enter your bank account and routing #.

What is required to register for PWD's MyOnlineBill service? You will need your PWD bill. Enter your PWD account number; select your billing address; and create a user name, password, security question/answer, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a “confirmation link” that you must select to complete your new account set-up. Once set-up, only you can access your account. Is there a charge for using PWD's MyOnlineBill service? No, it's a free service. Can I pay more or less than I owe using the on-line payment option at PWD's website? You can pay any amount if you are using the Pay Now or Schedule Pay options to make an occasional or one time payment. If you signed up for the Auto-Pay program, the full amount of your bill will be automatically deducted from your bank account. How will I know my payment has been made? You will receive an email confirming your payment. You will also see the payment deducted from your banking account statement. Although your payment has been confirmed immediately by email, it can take up to 2 business days to post and be deducted from your PWD account. How do I sign up for automatic, monthly bill payments (Auto-Pay)? Select MyOnlineBill, then register or log in. The enrollment process takes one billing cycle, so take a moment to pay your current bill with a one-time online payment (Pay Bill Now) and immediately following you can enroll in our Auto-Pay program for future payments. Through PWD's Auto Pay program, how long will it take for my payment to be automatically deducted? Your automatic payments will be deducted approximately 18 calendar days after your next PWD bill date. If I have multiple accounts, will I have to set up separate registrations for each account? No. You can add multiple accounts to your existing registered account. Select the MyOnlineBill link at the PWD Home Page to sign in using your username and password. You will need the PWD account number and associated billing address of the account you want to add. Select the Manage Account Tab at the top of the page:
Yes, even though there is only one username and password for all the accounts, you have to pay each account individually. Click on the Pay Now Tab and decide if you want to pay the bill today (Pay Now) or schedule a payment for a later date (Schedule Pay). An alternative to making individual monthly payments would be to setup each account for Auto-pay. After the initial setup, payments would automatically be deducted 18 calendar days after the PWD bill date. How secure is my personal and banking information? MyOnlineBill uses industry leader Verisign to ensure the maximum security and privacy. All transactions are encrypted with the latest security software. No, but you must set-up a MyOnlineBill account by clicking on the MyOnlineBill link on the PWD home page. Click the red Account set-up button and follow the prompts. You will need a PWD bill for each account you wish to view. Do you accept credit and debit card payments? We do not accept credit or debit card payments at this time. I use PWD's MyOnlineBill service and forgot my Security Question and Answer. What should I do? To ensure the security of your information, we will not email your security question and answer. You will have to call PWD and speak with a customer service representative so we can verify your identity. The PWD telephone number is 207-761-8310. A representative is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Your Security Question/Answer and your Username were established when you registered and cannot be changed. They ensure you are the only person who has access to your online information. If I am already enrolled in the original Direct Payment Program, do I have to register for PWD's MyOnlineBill program to continue having my payments automatically deducted? No. Customers who enrolled in PWD’s Direct Payment Program are still eligible for monthly, automatic payment. However, to receive the benefit of viewing your bills online or to sign up for paperless bills, we encourage you to select the MyOnlineBill link at PWD’s website to set up an account. How do I remove or change my bank account number for online payments? Third-Party Services (Other than PWD): You must notify the company that manages your payment withdrawal when you have a banking account change. Most companies allow you to make the change yourself on their website. PWD's MyOnlineBill: If you pay your bill on PWD’s website, select the MyOnlineBill link at the PWD Home Page and sign in. Follow the process below depending on whether you make a One-time/Occasional Payment (Pay Now) or Automatic Monthly Payments (Auto Pay).
